Title: General Manager/Vice President of Sales Email: llarsen@kjam.threeeagles.com

“Radio” has been a major part of my life since graduation from Dakota State University in 1985. Working with and watching the business community prosper is exciting and has kept me involved in the Madison area. My participation in the South Dakota Broadcasters Association and the Sales and Management training from Three Eagles Communication, provide idea’s on how to grow business and communities. The ’Power of Radio’ truly is a fascinating and motivating factor in today’s world and I am happy to be a part of the industry. Family, hunting, fishing, and outdoor recreation near my hometown of Hurley round out the rest of my days.

Title: On-Air Personality & Office Manager

After graduation from Brown Institute in Minneapolis, I accepted my first radio job far from home at KRYK in Chinook, Montana. I loved Montana and stayed for about 2-1/2 years trying my hand at various aspects of radio…even tried doing color for sports play-by-play, which turned out to be a disaster. My next radio adventure took me to KBWS in Sisseton, South Dakota where I stayed for 1 year doing a little bit of everything! I then ended up back in my hometown of Madison working at KJAM.

In my 15 plus years at KJAM I have gained a lot of experience and responsibilities and have lived through many co-workers! When I’m not on the air, I work in the office taking care of billing and traffic and whatever else they come up with!

When I’m not at work, I enjoy watching my kids play the sports of the season otherwise when I have the time I enjoy walking, gardening, watching HGTV and Grey’s Anatomy!!

Title: Assistant Office Manager & the Voice of Birthdays & Anniversaries

In 2000, when I graduated from Southeast VoTech with my Associated Degree in Business Administration, I wasn’t sure that Madison would be my home. Now over 7 years, and 2 kids later here I am. After 6 years in banking, I decided to take on a new adventure and try my hand in Sales, but discovered that I was better suited for the front office work. So when you stop into the KJAM Radio Station or call with your birthday and anniversaries, I am the person that you see or hear.

In my spare time (ha ha), I spend time with my daughter, who is 4 and my son, who is 19 months and my husband. My summers are spent at racetracks in Hartford and Huron, watching my husband doing what he loves. I am also proud to say that I am a member of the South Dakota Air National Guard, in Sioux Falls, for 11 years. When I’m not on the go, I enjoy watching TV and simply doing nothing!!

However, during that time Dylan worked with Ackley Media Group building and programming a new Classic rock Station on St. Thomas, WIVI, Pirate Radio 96.11. Dylan is a native of Nashville TN, where he worked for many years as a multi-instrumental road/studio musician and record producer.
